On June 27-28, 2018, a delegation of the Belarusian business community paid an official visit to Ankara (Turkey). This meeting was facilitated by the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Turkey.
There was a Deputy Chief Engineer of JSC Lidapishchekontsentraty in the delegation, who had an opportunity to discuss in detail the issues of purchasing food equipment in Turkey.
The meeting included visits to the First Organized Industrial Zone of Ankara, negotiations with the leadership, presentations of economic and investment potentials of the capital region of Turkey and the Grodno region were held on the basis of the Chamber of Commerce of the city, as well as negotiations of Turkish and Belarusian business communities in the B2B format. More than 40 representatives of Ankara's business took part in this event.
Also the program of the visit included visiting the enterprises of the Industrial Zone of Ankara for the entire delegation and for individual programs.
In addition, the participants of the business visit met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Turkey, Andrei Savinykh.
As a result of the visit, preliminary agreements on further cooperation were reached.
